This app has been very helpful in quickly sizing app icons and splash screens. Definitely worth the price.

I fooled around with a bunch of the online (free) icon and splash screen generators, but none of them generated quite to the iOS spec. I found this app, downloaded and was done in 5 minutes. Specific to just a single function: yes. Awesome at what it does: hell yes! My advice is don’t waste your time with the online generators, which require you to ‘slot’ the various icons and launch screens into the asset library. Buy this app and save yourself hours of aggregation.

I have been trying to keep up with all of the new requirements for images with the iOS changes over the past year and it seems every time I prepare an app I have to set aside a lot of time to update my asset catalog. I just tried this app and within a few minutes, combined with PaintCode, I was done. I will be using this app many times this year. Great app. Well done. What I would like added to the app is handling additional image assets for the catalog. With iOS 8 there is a XIB for the launch screen and I need static graphics for it and I would like to easily produce an asset catalog for what I need which includes @1x, @2x and @3x dimensions given a large sample image. The rest of the graphics I generate using a PaintCode Style Kit while many graphics still have to be static. I’d like to manage those static assets with Asset Catalog Creator.

Thank you for time saving work. One more feature needed is landscape launch image generation. It should be rotated and crop if source image is portrait.

I was in a meeting last week listening to our iOS developer talk about how creating multiple sizes of icons was so tedius. I told him to get Asset Catalog Creator and life would be so much better. I added that if I ever met the author, I would give him a hug since the app is so very awesome.

When my app is done and I’m ready to submit I dread the task or creating all the different size icons and screenshots. This is a great example of an app simplifying a task. Quick and easy to use. Thank you.
