Assets catalogs are a vital part of the app thinning features Apple has added to the App Store. Why ship a binary that’s bigger than it has to be? Finaly a sensible way to create asset catalogs. It even gives instructions for how to incorporate the catalogs into their projects. Awesome job Bridgetech!

The best productivity software but icon for ipad pro missing.

Easily create all icons and splash screen for your app in Xcode.

Worked as advertised. One minor enhancement request - option to overwrite the files in the existing asset catalog. The app creates a new asset catalog every time, so if you are redoing your work, you need to make sure to copy files from the new catalog to the one used by XCode.

It took me ~10 seconds to generate an xcassets catalog with this app. If that sounds good to you then I’m sure you will like this app.

Dead simple and easy to use, this tool really simplifies the tedious process of gathering, sizing and cropping the many images now required for modern iOS development. Sure, you could do all this by hand, but any tool which saves such significant time during development is well worth paying for — and this one’s a bargain. Thanks to excellent customer support on the part of its developer, this new version also fixes a minor issue I had with dual monitors on my Macbook Pro Retina. Certainly worth supporting this indy developer.

There doesn’t seem to be a way to open existing xcassets files to edit them, which makes this app useless for most usages. I wouldn’t mind a higher price for that key feature.

Splash: It would be *great* to define landscape and portrait images for the Splash Screens. It would be *super* cool to pick which corner to anchor the crop and fit functions of the splash. It would be *ultimately* cool to include a transform widget to move the splash image around inside of the frame for each of the devices. Icons: A transform widget would be awesome. Making it exactly like the functionality of changing your Current User picture in the System Preferences would be perfect.

I don’t usually rate apps or even pay for them for that matter. But I’m happy I got this app this simplifies everything and it’s worth every penny. Highly recommend everyone creating iOS apps to buy this. It just works and eases the pain of dealing with multitude of dumb icon sizes.
